Yoga Den instructors are graduates of Yoga-Den’s nationally accredited 200-hour Teacher Training Program, with many instructors having more than 500 hours of certification.
All Yoga Den teachers follow the same teaching methodology, emphasizing safety, encouraging you to listen to your body, and to learn the relaxing methodology behind yoga.
